On March 30, 2025, Salman Khan‘s movie titled Sikandar is set to be released in cinemas, and there’s a lot of excitement building up for it. Recently, Aamir Khan had an amusing chat with director A.R. Murugadoss and Salman Khan, jokingly asking who between the two of them truly embodies the character of Sikandar. In response, Murugadoss playfully stated that the role of Sikandar has already been completed by Salman. This sparked a round of humorous banter between the actors from the movie “Andaz Apna Apna.
In a chat on Nadiadwala’s YouTube channel, Aamir Khan teasingly inquired from A.R. Murugadoss who among him and Salman Khan truly embodied the character of Sikandar.
In reply, AR Murugadoss stated that Sikandar had already been finalized with Salman as the lead character, referring to him as the true Sikandar. Amusingly, Aamir indicated he would be leaving following this announcement.
Salman jumped into the friendly conversation, proposing that they might cast PK actor together in a Kalandar role next. Aamir playfully went along with it, teasingly referring to Salman as the true Alexander, both on screen and off. Later, Salman acknowledged that Aamir truly is the real-life Alexander and does an excellent job managing everything.
Fans are particularly thrilled not just by the question, but even more so by the surprising blend of Aamir Khan’s renowned character from Ghajini with Salman Khan‘s lead role in Sikander, which is an unexpected crossover that delights them.
In a chat with PTI, film director AR Murugadoss shared memories of explaining the storyline of “Sikandar” to Salman Khan and disclosed the actor’s response. He recounted traveling to Salman’s home, Galaxy Apartments, for the storytelling session.
After listening to the script for about half an hour, Salman took a break to smoke, then inquired if Murugadoss was familiar with his work habits. Upon learning he wasn’t, Salman disclosed his work schedule – from 2 pm to 2 am – and asked for approval. Murugadoss perceived this as a good indication that Salman appreciated the script.
In the upcoming movie titled “Sikandar,” Salman Khan will embody his distinctive style in a grandiose role. This action-packed film centers around Salman’s character, who is bent on taking down a crime syndicate that dominates Mumbai. To spice up the plot, Rashmika Mandanna has been cast as Salman’s romantic interest.
In addition to the main cast, the film features Prateik Babbar, Sathyaraj, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, and Anjani Dhawan in significant roles.
