As a die-hard Salman Khan fan who has followed his career since the days of “Maine Pyar Kiya,” I can’t help but feel a mix of concern and admiration every time an incident like this occurs. It’s truly remarkable how someone as popular as Salman continues to face such relentless attention, even in the middle of the night.

In the news again is Bollywood icon Salman Khan, following an occurrence where a 21-year-old allegedly drove into his security entourage in Bandra at around 12:15 am, as reported recently.

On September 18, late at night, Uzair Faiz Mohiuddin was taken into custody by Mumbai Police because he chased Salman Khan’s motorcade on a motorcycle. As Salman’s car passed Mehboob Studios, Mohiuddin, going at high speed, got dangerously near the actor’s vehicle. Despite being warned multiple times by security personnel, he refused to stop tailing the motorcade, according to a report in India TV.

Following that unexpected event, I, an ardent admirer, found myself on high alert after the security personnel at Salman Khan’s Galaxy abode were prompted into action. They managed to nab the suspect in close proximity to the building. This local resident, known for his motorcycle, was taken into custody by the police. The charges against him are grave, as he is accused of recklessly endangering the life and safety of Salman Khan himself, along with his dedicated security team. On September 18, an FIR was registered by the Bandra police, invoking sections 125 (endangering life or personal safety) and 281 (rash driving) from the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Upon looking into the matter, it was found that the motorcycle driver wasn’t aware he was trailing Salman Khan’s entourage. Since his statements proved to be innocent, the police decided not to hold him accountable and let him go. However, Salman Khan has yet to respond regarding this incident, as he’s been receiving threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.

Lately, Salman Khan’s father, Salim Khan, experienced a fresh threat during his daily walk. A woman, along with a scooter rider, allegedly threatened him by mentioning the name of imprisoned gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. As per ETimes, Salim Khan reported this incident to the Bandra Police, explaining that the pair approached him near the Windemere building on the Bandra promenade, inquiring if they should contact Lawrence Bishnoi.

To find out who was responsible, the authorities examined security camera recordings and subsequently opened an investigation. According to a police insider who spoke to ETimes, this incident was just a harmless joke. The people involved in it have been apprehended, and they do not have any prior criminal history.

Back in April, I was utterly shocked to learn that my beloved idol, Salman Khan, faced a harrowing incident when several gunshots targeted his Bandra home. Thankfully, the Mumbai Police has stepped up and granted him Y-plus level security, ensuring the safety of this iconic figure who means so much to us all.
