Moreover, she disclosed that meditation has been instrumental in preserving her mental stability and enabling her to discern between reality and illusion.
She declared, “I’ve begun seeing my thoughts as floating clouds,” emphasizing that she doesn’t hold onto every thought. As it turns out, her struggle wasn’t due to trolling but rather questioning, “Is this person correct?” Once she understood this, she stopped dwelling on such thoughts. “I no longer cling to ‘Sara is exceptional,’ or ‘Sara is terrible,'” she disclosed, explaining that she’s only concentrating on her present situation at the moment.
