But lately, during an interview, she opened up about a different aspect of her life – her experience with cosmetic fillers and the harsh criticism that came her way because of it. In an interview with News18 Showsha, Radhikka expressed her viewpoint that she doesn’t look down upon her peers who have gone through cosmetic procedures. She stated in the English Medium film actress’s own words, “I don’t criticize those who choose such enhancements as they can help build confidence and improve self-image.” Radhikka emphasized the significance of self-confidence and self-esteem.

Considering her choice to go against the popular beauty norms within the entertainment industry, where most of her peers followed these trends, the actress from the viral video featuring Sajini Shinde expressed that she never felt pressured to conform to them.

At that point in time, she felt no compulsion to do it as she remembered being self-conscious about her slightly asymmetrical jawline. People would often make comments, implying that she should assess its evenness using a ruler or scale.

Radhikka Madan on undergoing cosmetic procedure

Although she currently has no plans to undergo cosmetic procedures, she acknowledged that her stance could change in the future. She confessed that her feelings about the matter might evolve over the next few years and that her decision would ultimately depend on how she feels about herself then.

Regarding cosmetic surgery, she stated, “I’m hesitant about it now, but I might change my mind in a few years. I can’t say for sure, but I might choose to undergo it. My decision depends on how I feel about myself at that time. I hope I continue to feel the way I do now. In my heart, I still see myself as Kareena Kapoor. And even if I’m not, I won’t criticize myself. So, I’m generally comfortable with everything.”

Apart from consulting about beauty treatments, it was disclosed that she was offered a great deal of unasked-for guidance regarding her career progression within the entertainment sector.
