‘Saturday Night Live’ Docuseries Set at Peacock Ahead of 50th Anniversary

As someone who has grown up with Saturday Night Live (SNL) being a staple of my weekend entertainment, I am absolutely thrilled about the upcoming docuseries, SNL50: Beyond Saturday Night on Peacock! Having followed the show for decades and even attempting to imitate some of the skits during family gatherings, this behind-the-scenes look into the making of one of the most influential comedy shows ever is a dream come true.

In preparation for Saturday Night Live’s 50th anniversary celebration in February, streaming service Peacock plans to delve more extensively into the show’s five decades of history.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that on January 16th, the NBCUniversal-owned platform will stream “SNL50: Beyond Saturday Night,” an enticing four-part series offering a sneak peek into the backstage world of NBC’s iconic sketch comedy show. Morgan Neville, renowned for his work in “20 Feet From Stardom” and “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?”, is one of the executive producers. This intriguing project promises appearances from several SNL alumni and a wealth of never-before-seen footage, thanks to the filmmakers’ unique access to the show’s extensive archives. Can’t wait to see it!

As a gaming enthusiast, I’d rephrase it like this:
