As a longtime fan of military dramas and someone who has spent countless hours binge-watching shows like NCIS, Criminal Minds, and even SpongeBob SquarePants (don’t judge me!), I must say that SEAL Team’s move to Paramount+ and its subsequent success has been nothing short of thrilling.
The debut of SEAL Team‘s last season is underway exclusively on Paramount+, with fresh installments appearing every week on the streaming service. With the military drama scheduled to conclude after Season 7 in November, viewers and cast members have been gearing up to bid farewell to Bravo. Although only four episodes have aired thus far, the show has been garnering strong responses, prompting star David Boreanaz to express his gratitude towards the fans.
Since SEAL Team moved from CBS to Paramount+, it proved to be a streaming success. At one point, there was even a standalone SEAL Team movie in the works, which has since been reportedly scrapped. Regardless, fans have evidently loved being on the edge of their seats as Bravo goes on dangerous missions. Not to mention the characters’ emotional personal lives! So it’s not so surprising that the series topped the Top 10 for shows on Paramount+, and Boreanaz took to his Instagram Stories to share a brief thank you to those who made it happen:
It’s quite impressive to watch “SEAL Team” outshine long-running shows such as “NCIS,” “Criminal Minds,” and even the timeless “SpongeBob SquarePants.” This just underscores the fact that viewers are still deeply invested in these series, and they continue to thrive. However, the knowledge that “SEAL Team” is entering its final season adds a sense of sadness because the show could have had an even longer run. Despite this, even Boreanaz feels that another season might not be feasible, suggesting that it was time for the series to conclude.
That isn’t stopping him from still giving his thanks and sharing sweet messages about the show and the fans. Boreanaz has shared more than a few messages for the final season and is making sure that fans are tuning in. He promoted the fourth episode of Season 7 on his Instagram, which just dropped on August 25, and it seems like these episodes are still as intense as ever:

As we approach the last chapter, the tension has undeniably escalated. The nail-biting finale cliffhanger of Season 6 only intensified that feeling, leaving us all on the edge of our seats. Now more than ever, Bravo is under close scrutiny. With Davis embarking on a new professional journey and Sonny still grappling with Clay’s loss – a sorrow shared by the entire team – the road ahead remains unpredictable. Yet, despite the intensity and raw emotions, fans are already captivated, eagerly awaiting how this story unfolds.
It’s quite likely that SEAL Team will keep dominating the rankings on Paramount+ for the rest of its duration, which is an anticipation I share as I eagerly await this final season to unfold and discover how Bravo’s tale concludes. Fresh episodes can be found every Sunday exclusively on Paramount+.
