Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Assistant of 8 Years Accuses Him of Multiple Sexual Assaults During Testimony

As a fervent supporter, I’d rephrase it like this:

I, as an ardent observer, have witnessed the six female federal prosecutors presenting their case against Sean “Diddy” Combs and his esteemed legal team. They’ve been highlighting aspects of the forced labor and racketeering allegations that Mr. Combs is defending in court. A previous assistant testified on Thursday, disclosing her experiences of working for him without rest, enduring his emotional and physical abuse over extended periods, and suffering multiple instances of sexual assault.

In the ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering trial at the Southern District of New York’s federal court, Combs’ ex-assistant is testifying under the alias “Mia.” For most of the day, she has been providing her account in court, which shares similarities with that of celebrity stylist Devonte Nash, who concluded his cross-examination earlier in the morning. Both witnesses are close friends of Cassie Ventura Fine and met them while working for Combs during the time when the singer was signed to his label and allegedly endured a decade of coercion, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse while dating the mogul.

As I stood before the jury, my voice trembled, choked with emotion as I recounted the harrowing experiences I endured while working for Combs, particularly during their time together from 2009 to 2017. I shared instances of Combs’ brutal violence towards Ventura Fine and his unpredictable behavior towards me over the years. His treatment ranged from a nurturing mentor to outright cruelty, including violent, sexual abuse that left deep scars on my soul.

She informed the court that he often made me feel insignificant and worthless, humiliating me, swearing at me, and berating me for my supposed incompetence and foolishness.

At the jury trial, “Mia” stated that Dwayne Combs had sexually assaulted her on several occasions. The first incident allegedly took place during Combs’ 40th birthday celebration; according to her account, he provided her with three vodka shots before the attack, reaching up her dress, she claimed. In another instance, she awoke to find Combs on top of her in a bunk bed, she said. She explained that when asked if she wanted to engage in sexual activity with him, she declined and stated that the encounter was brief.

In his household, Mia, serving as his personal assistant, was provided a separate room. However, Puff, or Combs, disallowed her from securing her room with a lock on the door. According to her testimony, he justified this by stating, “This is my house, and no one locks the doors.” Interestingly, male security guards were granted the privacy of locked bedrooms, she added.

At one point, the witness described having to work for five days straight with no sleep.

She shared in court on Thursday that she suffered a severe physical collapse, leading to loss of hearing, a sensation of being submerged underwater, disorientation, and blurred vision. Suddenly, she found herself overwhelmed with emotion, unable to stop crying hysterically. At this point, Puff mentioned she could sleep, she said. Despite being promised a yearly salary of $55,000, her testimony revealed that she was actually paid only $50,000.

The violent abuse that Ventura Fine testified the singer endured at Combs’ hands was substantiated by “Mia.” Combs appeared to be enraged when Ventura Fine didn’t answer his calls, during which time calls and texts would arrive on Ventura Fine’s phone, and Combs’ security would frequently show up.

Over time, Mia and Ventura Fine formed an extremely close bond, almost like sisters and best friends, as she stated in court. However, Combs’ troubling behavior and frequent outbursts of violence toward his girlfriend posed a constant danger. This was elaborated upon extensively during the trial, beginning with the incident that Nash had testified about on Wednesday, where Combs allegedly made Ventura Fine bleed profusely from her head after they both claimed he rammed her into a bed frame.

She described the event as happening incredibly swiftly, yet it seemed as if time was standing still for her. She witnessed him taking hold of Cass, but she couldn’t move fast enough to intervene. The bed platform appeared especially menacing to her, and he hurled Cass over it, causing her head to collide with the sharp corner. As a result, she ended up with a significant gash on her forehead that was bleeding profusely.

When Combs was angry, she said in court, “the consequences were uncertain and petrifying.” “Mia” recounted his fury following an incident where she and Ventura Fine secretly attended a party at Prince’s Beverly Hills residence. This event escalated into a public attack on Ventura Fine, which required intervention from Prince’s security personnel. Subsequently, Mia was penalized by being suspended without pay from her job by the powerful rap tycoon at the time.

On that particular night, she remembered noticing his distinctive bucket hat as it entered the room. A moment later, our gazes met, and in a flash, Cass and I took off, darting through the house to escape into the backyard. Unfortunately, Puff managed to catch up to Cass, tackling her to the ground before proceeding to assault her.

As a fan recounting events, I can share that Mia, under subpoena, found it distressing to delve into her past with Combs in a courtroom setting. On Thursday, when questioned by the prosecutor, she expressed that this experience was the most harrowing and painful ordeal she had ever endured. When asked why she chose to revisit those challenging chapters of her life during Combs’ trial, she stated it as a necessary step, perhaps a burden she had to bear.

“Because I have to tell the truth, the whole truth,” she said.

After the testimony, it appears that discussions among the prosecution and defense lawyers, along with Judge Subramanian, suggest a potential change in the timeline for both parties’ cases. The prosecution might conclude its case sooner than anticipated, while the defense may require additional time to adjust their strategy. Currently, arrangements are being made by the judge to grant more out-of-court time to Combs, who is held at a Brooklyn detention center each night. Defense lawyers have expressed a desire to spend extended hours with Combs, up until 10 p.m., each evening for case discussions.
