As a lifestyle expert with a penchant for Bollywood and personal growth, I find Shah Rukh Khan‘s journey to be nothing short of inspiring. His ability to reinvent himself and take on diverse roles is truly commendable. The way he embraced the challenge of playing an action hero in Jawan, fulfilling a dream he had since entering the industry, showcases his unwavering dedication and passion for his craft.

Shah Rukh Khan, widely known as a global icon of Bollywood, consistently enthralls viewers with his energetic performances. Known for his adaptability, Khan accepted a fresh endeavor by portraying an action hero in Jawan. This role not only resonated with his fans but also demonstrated that SRK can excel in any character he takes on. Lately, the actor opened up about this role, sharing that embodying an action hero and achieving a six-pack physique was a longstanding dream of his since joining the film industry.

In a conversation with The Guardian, Shah Rukh Khan expressed his excitement about taking on the action hero role in Jawan. He shared that when he first entered the film industry, his ambition was to have a chiseled physique, wear a white vest, have a woman on his arm, have blood on his face and a gun in hand. His dream was to stride into a room, someone would ask “Who are you?”, and he’d respond with action, possibly shooting them.

Shah Rukh Khan shared insights about his pandemic pastime, stating that due to restricted choices, he motivated others to master Italian cuisine preparation and prioritize exercise. He himself adhered to this guidance by consistently engaging in regular workouts to sculpt his physique. The Bollywood star disclosed his peculiar habit of consuming a single meal every day, which is unrelated to intermittent fasting, and dedicates approximately 30 minutes daily to his gym routine.

Shah Rukh Khan shared that he usually retires for the night at 5 in the morning, noting this coincides with Mark Wahlberg beginning his day. He added that if he’s filming, he might wake up between 9 and 10 am. After returning home at 2 am, SRK usually unwinds by taking a bath, working out, and then going to bed.

Speaking about his future roles, he will appear in the film titled “King,” which is helmed by Sujoy Ghosh. His co-stars include his daughter Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan. “King” is an engaging action-thriller that delves into the tale of a mentor and apprentice, both embarking on challenging survival trials together.

In this intense story, the title “King” emphasizes Shah Rukh Khan’s portrayal as the ruler not just of our world, but also of the underworld.
