Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are two megastars who are loved and admired by many across the globe. However, Abhijeet Bhattacharya thinks the Tiger 3 actor is not worth having a conversation about. During an interview, the popular singer spoke about his relationship with both the Khans and stated “Salman abhi bhi unme nhi aata ke mai uske baare me charcha karu. (Salman doesn’t come in the place where I can talk about him.)” Read on to know more!
In a recent discussion with Shubhankar Mishra, playback singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya mentioned his past disagreements involving Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. When asked about Salman Khan, he expressed that it’s not appropriate for him to discuss the topic, asking the host to steer the conversation in a different direction rather than probing about the actor of Tiger 3.
Later on, Abhijeet expressed that Shah Rukh Khan belongs to an exceptional league and the turbulence in their relationship isn’t due to miscommunication but because it’s a professional matter. He also requested not to discuss Salman Khan with him.
Earlier this year, during an exclusive interview with TopMob, a well-known Bollywood playback singer revealed details about his collaboration with composer Anu Malik on the hit track “Tan Tana Tan” from Salman’s movie Judwaa. He shared that he initially agreed to sing it under the assumption that it would be performed by Govinda instead of Khan.
Abhijeet Bhattacharya told us, “Phone aaya Anu Malik ka ki aaja yaar Sahara Studio mein. David Dhawan ka gaana hai. Humko kabhi bhi wo rehearsal pe nahi bulate the. Wo bolte the isko gaana suna do aur chhod do, uske baad jo Abhijeet gayega wahi hoga. Toh mujhe bulaya. David Dhawan tab set pe nahi the. Gaana likha, sab ho gaya. Fir maine mic pe gaya. (Anu Malik called and asked me to come to Sahara Studio to sing a song for David Dhawan. The filmmaker never used to call us for rehearsals. He would say make them hear the song and whatever Abhijeet sings after that will be final. Hence, they called by David wasn’t there on set.)”
The singer admitted that he was unaware that Salman was part of the movie since David Dhawan only collaborated with Govinda and no one else informed him about it.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman Khan is busy shooting for his upcoming movie Sikandar.
