Sujoy Ghosh was chosen by SRK to direct the movie since they felt he’d be perfect for creating an emotionally authentic production. The aim is to create a film that combines cool, action-packed scenes with a deep emotional core.
For those not familiar, Shah Rukh Khan traveled to Locarno, Switzerland to accept the Pardo alla Carriera Ascona-Locarno Tourism award. This honor was bestowed upon him on August 10, 2024, during the 77th Locarno Film Festival in recognition of his exceptional career in Indian cinema, spanning numerous films across diverse genres.
Discussing the movie “King,” it holds significance in King Khan’s career due to his first on-screen collaboration with his daughter, Suhana Khan. Reports suggest that Abhishek Bachchan may take on a villainous character in this film.
