As an experienced blockchain analyst, I find the situation surrounding DJT, the Solana-based token themed after former President Donald Trump, intriguing and complex. The recent revelation that Martin Shkreli, a controversial entrepreneur with a history of legal troubles, claimed to have co-created the token adds another layer of complexity to the story.
Martin Shkreli, a well-known business figure, claims responsibility for developing the Solana-themed token called DJT, which is linked to former President Donald Trump.

Expert: In a recent post on the X forum, ZachXBT, a blockchain investigator, revealed that he received a confidential message from Martin Shkreli. The message contained a claim that Shkreli held more than 1,000 pieces of proof suggesting collaboration between Shkreli and Barron Trump, the son of former U.S. President Donald Trump, on the DJT token. This revelation was made during one of Shkreli’s hosted sessions in X Spaces.
As a researcher studying recent developments in intellectual property law, I’ve come across an intriguing case. Pharma executive Martin Shkreli, infamously referred to as “Pharma Bro,” found himself embroiled in a legal dispute with PleasrDAO over the possession of the unique Wu-Tang Clan album titled “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.”
Arkham’s blockchain data platform announced a $150,000 reward for identifying the creator of the DJT token, with ZachXBT being the latest to submit the bounty. Shortly following this announcement, Shkreli reached out to ZachXBT privately and later disclosed their conversation during an X Spaces session, revealing his interest in the DJT token ownership.
ZachXBT uncovered proof linking Shkreli and Trump through financial transactions. Specifically, data from the blockchain showed that a significant investor in Trump’s organization swapped $832,000 worth of tokens for USDC stablecoins. Coincidentally, tokens associated with Shkreli’s Shoggoth.ai initiative were also discovered in this wallet.
Previously, Shkreli made a bet of $100 million with the anonymous trader GCR over the authenticity of DJT’s status as the Trump campaign’s official token.
I’ve uncovered some intriguing information during my research. Specifically, an account named CWR, who is known to be the admin of the DJT Telegram group, has been actively engaging in Shkreli’s public Discord server with over a thousand messages. This discovery has prompted me to raise questions about other individuals connected to the DJT token.
The Discord handle “cameronrox” hints at Cameron Roxborough’s identity, as he alleges to have gone to school with Barron Trump. However, it remains uncertain if they are actual friends or not. Suddenly, CWR departed from both the Telegram chat and Discord server, leaving behind numerous messages that warrant closer examination.
According to an earlier report from pirateWire, the DJT Token, previously launched by former US president Donald Trump, experienced a significant price surge, reaching over $1.43 with a trading volume exceeding $472 million. However, recent data from GeckoTerminal indicates that the token’s value has dropped by approximately 56% within the last day, now sitting at $0.01097.
