The horror-comedy from Maddock Films, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, has been making waves at the box office. The team celebrated their triumph on August 19 with a gathering, where lead actors, Abhishek Banerjee, and other colleagues in the industry were present.
Currently popular on the web, a video shows Shraddha Kapoor and her fellow actor Abhishek Banerjee grooving to the well-known Bhojpuri track “Aayi Nai” at the celebration for Stree 2’s success. With such a strong showing, the movie is also projected to surpass the Rs 400 crore mark within two weeks and may soon become a member of the esteemed Rs 500 crore club.

The movie Stree 2 carries on the tale initiated in Dinesh’s 2018 horror-comedy film Stree, which kickstarted his successful horror comedy franchise, encompassing Bhediya and the recent blockbuster Munjya from Maddock.
