Every morning at 5:30am, Shraddha underwent training for the movie “Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar.” Her workout regimen included a blend of TRX, ViPR, Bosu ball exercises, pilates, quick sprints, side runs, burpees, and lunge walks.

In an interview with TOI, the trainer revealed that for the second phase, which was filled with beach scenes requiring a lean abdomen without water retention, they emphasized meals rich in fiber, moderate amounts of protein, fewer carbs, and less fat. Additionally, they practiced intermittent fasting for approximately 14-16 hours.

Maahek added that Shraddha has always been a slim young lady, and for quite some time now, they’ve been collaborating to enhance her physical capabilities such as strength, resilience, range of motion, adaptability, and equilibrium.

According to an interview with Money Control, Nair revealed that they typically start their workout routine with a 5-minute meditation session to prepare the mind for an effective exercise. This is then followed by 5 minutes of foam rolling, 10 minutes dedicated to static stretching, and another 10 minutes for mobility exercises. The final 25 minutes consist of both strength and endurance workouts, as well as gymnastics. The workout concludes with a 5-minute meditation session to help the body unwind.

In the international part of the film’s production, Nair joined Kapoor in Spain and Mauritius. She also emphasized the importance of regular cardio exercise, as her diet is closely monitored by Kapoor, who usually requires her to finish dinner between 6:30 and 7:30 PM.
