After numerous months spent in attempts, the singer has successfully reclaimed her account and penned a touching message for her fans. In addition to the update, she advised followers to exercise caution and refrain from clicking on suspicious links that may falsely promise news or updates regarding her.
Shreya Ghoshal posted a video on X and captioned it, “I’m back! You can expect more updates and interactions from me here. Unfortunately, my X account faced some issues as it was hacked in February. But I’ve finally managed to get assistance from the team after overcoming numerous communication hurdles. Everything is sorted out now, and I’m delighted to be here again!

In her write-up, Shreya voiced worry about deceptive ads popping up online, specifically mentioning that numerous ones had peculiar headlines and computer-generated pictures connected to her.
As a conscientious lifestyle advocate, I must emphasize that certain links shared may lead to spam sites or potential scams. I urge my dear followers to remain vigilant and keep flagging these suspicious advertisements. Regrettably, I lack the authority to remove them myself, despite my best attempts.
Additionally, she highlighted the root cause being X’s advertising policies, allowing such content at present, and expressed her expectation for a prompt resolution from the platform on this issue.
Previously, on March 1st, Shreya shared with her Instagram followers that she was having trouble logging into her X account.
On Instagram, Ghoshal posted, “Hey followers and pals! Since February 13th, my Twitter/X account has been taken over by hackers. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact the X team for help, but so far, all I’ve received are automated replies. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account to delete it.
