The highly anticipated Bollywood movie “Sikandar,” starring Salman Khan alongside Rashmika Mandanna, has made its way to cinemas. Yet, reactions from both fans and critics have been split upon release. Now, Manoj Desai, owner of Gaiety Galaxy, shares his insights into the public’s response and discusses the limited screen time for Rashmika Mandanna. Furthermore, he voiced concerns regarding the film’s direction and expressed confusion as to why the movie doesn’t embody Salman Khan’s iconic acting style more fully.

During a chat with Vickey Lalwani, Manoj Desai voiced his opinions about Sikandar and the viewers’ reactions. He said, “Komal Nahta, a film analyst, asked me, ‘Why was it necessary to kill the female lead so soon in the movie?’ ‘What personal issue were you trying to address?’ Later on, when watching the film further, if something seemed amiss… why doesn’t the authentic Salman Khan character shine through in the production?

The owner of Gaiety Galaxy stated that while his comments might not be pleasing to Salman Khan due to their friendship and Khan’s association with Gaiety Galaxy, he was simply expressing the public’s opinions and couldn’t overlook their feedback. Additionally, he disclosed that he spoke with producer Sajid Nadiadwala, who remains optimistic about the film’s success despite varied reactions from viewers.

In the upcoming days, Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt are going to team up once again for an action-filled movie. According to a report from Bollywood Hungama, this film is called “Ganga Ram” and is expected to be directed by newcomer Krrish Ahir. As per SKF (Salman Khan Films), the project promises a thrilling narrative revolving around two dominant characters, brimming with powerful, masculine energy.

The report further noted that the movie intends to attract a large number of viewers in cinemas, highlighting the pair’s chemistry on screen. Filming is anticipated to start around mid-2025.
