In the role played by Salman Khan, we find Sanjay Rajkot – a respected and valiant leader, dearly loved by his people, who endearingly call him ‘Sikandar’ or ‘Raja Saheb.’

After a fateful clash with a corrupt and powerful minister, portrayed by Sathyaraj, leaves him devastated, as the event leads to the heartbreaking demise of his cherished wife, Saisri (Rashmika Mandanna). In her last selfless act, Saisri donates her organs to three recipients in Mumbai, before she passes away.

Included within this group are:

1. A young lad hailing from the densely populated slums of Dharavi, who was fortunate enough to receive new lungs.
2. A promising chartered accountant with a keen eye for detail, who regained her eyesight.
3. A student grappling with heart problems, who was blessed with a new heart.

In a malicious effort to shatter Sanjay’s spirit, the crooked minister focuses on these three specific people as his targets. However, rather than succumbing to despair, Sanjay takes a stand and protects them, not only safeguarding them from danger but also positively impacting their lives in significant ways.
