As a die-hard fan who has followed Smino’s journey since his early mixtape days, the anticipation for “Maybe In Nirvana” is palpable! Ever since the electrifying “Luv 4 Rent” took over the airwaves in 2022, I’ve been eagerly awaiting more tunes from this innovative and boundary-pushing artist.
Smino is gearing up for his comeback, as he has announced the release of his long-anticipated first studio album since “Luv 4 Rent” made waves in 2022. Titled “Maybe In Nirvana“, this eagerly awaited project will be available to fans in only four days.
Landing on December 6, 2021, the album titled “Maybe In Nirvana” encompasses nine tracks in total. The official cover art and tracklist can be found below, as of now, it does not list any collaborating artists. It remains uncertain whether Smino’s new release will be a standalone project or involve secret contributors behind the scenes.
Smino refers to this album as a precursor to “Luv 4 Rent,” which was penned prior to the release of the highly-acclaimed 2022 album, but is marketed as an entirely fresh body of work.
