Actress Somy Ali shared her feelings of being deceived by Sonu Nigam, who she claimed exploited her talk show for personal gain. Looking back on their relationship, she disclosed that after inviting him onto the show, she subsequently offered him a job opportunity in London, but he failed to respond.

Somy conveyed her disappointment by labeling the singer as a chameleon and stating that he joined the show only to prove something to another man, saying “Look, I’m on your ex’s show.” She also admitted to being deceived, expressing disbelief, and added that she didn’t anticipate him resorting to such low levels. In a recent video, Somy Ali spoke about her sense of disappointment towards someone she previously respected for his wisdom during an interview on her talk show. At first, she was captivated by his intelligent thoughts and eloquent speech, considering him genuine. However, things took a turn when she extended an offer for a project in London, which he failed to respond to. Although she did not mention the individual directly, she expressed her bewilderment at this unexpected change in behavior, revealing how it left her feeling disheartened and disillusioned.

She went on by contemplating his eagerness to feature on her talk show without demanding payment, an act she believed stemmed from his sincere fascination at the time. Given that the show was still young, lacking sponsors and operating with a tight purse string, his readiness to collaborate appeared as a thoughtful gesture.

As she pondered further, she uncovered that his intentions weren’t as genuine as she first assumed. She admitted that his actual purpose for being there was to settle a grudge with someone she had known during her Mumbai years, between the ages of 16 and 24. This revelation made her doubt his motives and question his regard for her.

In her own words, Somy Ali stated, “I figured out his sole purpose for appearing on the show was to demonstrate to that man, ‘See, I’m on your ex’s program.’ When our shared past ended and I attempted to connect with him again…he decided not to respond. Regardless of my persistent efforts to contact him, including leaving voice messages in various languages, he chose not to interact.

The actress conveyed her disillusionment by mentioning that someone she once held in great esteem and regarded as an exceptional individual, appeared to be quite different after revealing a hidden facet. She continued, “The individual you looked up to, considered as a paragon of virtue, who spoke kindly in interviews, has turned out to be like a chameleon, constantly changing colors.

“This shows the true nature of people and their exploitation. @sonunigamofficial Later, he creates videos about those who mistreated him.” She also expressed that she had previously admired him deeply, but learned that looks can be misleading. Finally, she warned others to not make judgments based solely on appearances.

She continued to express her anger and wrote, “I can’t believe I fell for it! This guy must have been deceiving me, no doubt about it. Sonu Nigam is the one who did this to me.” In essence, she was implying that Sonu Nigam behaved in a way typical of a sociopath.

In my perspective as a lifestyle expert, I must confess that despite the sting of betrayal I felt, there’s no denying the appeal of his music. Yet, I never imagined he would stoop to such questionable conduct. Furthermore, I can’t help but advise others to exercise caution when it comes to his assertions of mistreatment. In my view, this seems to be a strategy often employed by individuals like him.
