Southwest2West8 has revealed its FW25 collection, which was showcased in a campaign along the rocky shores of an alpine river, paying homage to the Japanese brand’s history in “Tenkara” fishing. The assortment presents a simple yet practical aesthetic, blending classic winter themes and organic materials with innovative design elements and thermal fabrics.

The assortment is spearheaded by an impressive array of outerwear such as mid-length parkas adorned with corduroy elements, vibrant utility puffer vests, and robust shell jackets sporting plush fur-lined hoods. Bold patterns are noticeable in the concluding layers, like a 90’s style multi-colored print on a fishing vest and a hoodie, as well as a red rendition of SOUTH2 WEST8‘ iconic stag and target emblem on a ski jacket and vest.

As a gamer, I’m always on the hunt for unique attire that sets me apart from the crowd. One of my favorite finds is a special type of herringbone pants from this brand, adorned with their signature stag skull design woven throughout the fabric. They also offer jeans and trousers embellished with repeated embroidery of small deer in diverse poses. On the tactical side, they’ve got pants in multiple colors and materials, complete with double-knee reinforcements and central pocket patches positioned above the knees.

This year, the classic intarsia wool sweaters are back in fresh hues, alongside a new snowflake jacquard sweater in red and green. Combine these with a warm-toned mesh cardigan, vibrant orange trousers, and a knitted winter hat to complete your look. Another option includes a sweater boasting rectangular intarsia patterns made of white, orange, brown, and yellow yarns.

The assortment is enhanced by a variety of add-ons perfect for finishing off hiking ensembles, such as old-fashioned latch fastening backpacks, fingerless gloves dyed in space patterns, trapper hats, branded bucket hats, and ribbed beanies.
