As a dedicated gamer and fashion enthusiast, I can’t help but be in awe of Stefon Diggs‘ latest accomplishment. The Houston Texans All-Pro wide receiver has always marched to the beat of his own drum, and his partnership with ASICS is a testament to that unique spirit.
Stefon Diggs, the star wide receiver for the Houston Texans, known for his unique personality, has teamed up with ASICS. In an interview with TopMob last summer, he shared, “I approach fashion and style as means to stimulate my mind off the field.” He expressed his enthusiasm about ASICS’ openness to his ideas and creativity, stating, “This collaboration excites me greatly for our upcoming projects together.”
Approximately a year after that discussion, Diggs and ASICS held an exclusive gathering in New York City to commemorate Diggs’ initial collaboration with the company – the friends-and-family limited edition GEL-Nimbus 10.1, affectionately called “From: Diggs To: You.”
At the event, Stefon Diggs arrived in a Ferrari, happily jumping out on the passenger side (leaving his ASICS unscathed). He then entered the party together with his brother Trevon, who is also an All-Pro cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys and had previously featured with him in one of Stefon’s early ASICS advertising campaigns.
During the event, Diggs’ partnership took center stage as guests interacted and exchanged ideas, all while savoring complimentary beverages. According to Diggs himself, this alliance was a long-awaited achievement, described as a “lifelong endeavor” in his previous statements.
Check out an event recap in the gallery above and stay tuned for more from Diggs and ASICS soon.
