As a seasoned enthusiast who’s been tracking the footwear scene for years, I can confidently say that the Stone Island x New Balance collaboration has become a beacon of anticipation in my calendar. Their previous collaborations have been nothing short of exceptional, and their unique blend of Italian craftsmanship meets American athleticism is a match made in sneaker heaven!
Stone Island has returned to tease yet another collaboration with New Balance.
Back in 2021, I teamed up with another brand to bring a revamped version of their RC Elite running shoe to the table. Last year, we dropped the fresh design, a collaboration between Stone Island’s creative minds and New Balance’s product innovation team, based both in Tokyo and Boston – their design powerhouse.
In the autumn season, New Balance presented a black and olive hue combination for their 991v2 model. More recently, during this summertime, Stone Island unveiled two distinct green color options, “Light Green” and “Dark Green,” for the New Balance 574 sneaker design.
Its latest teaser pasted the Stone Island and New Balance brand logos over imagery of trucks, including a photo of a man pulling along the truck with his own body.
