- Subway Surfers’ latest event is here with Veggie Hunt
- Collect vegetable ingredients to create the perfect sandwich and unlock a new veggie-themed character
- It also brings new food-themed boards to the game
Hey there, fellow gamer and connoisseur of all things digital! I’ve been around the gaming block a few times, and let me tell you, Subway Surfers’ latest event has got me green with envy… or is that just the veggies?
Hey there! Now that you’re an adult, it’s all up to you what you decide to munch on, even if it means indulging in ice cream for dinner! However, Subway Surfers is here to help guide you towards healthier choices with their upcoming Veggie Hunt event. Set to debut on August 26th, this exciting new feature aims to inspire players like us to embrace a more balanced diet – all while enjoying the thrill of subway surfing!
So, here’s the deal: When you dash around, you’ll gather diverse vegetable items such as tomatoes, avocados, and lettuce. Once you’ve amassed a sufficient amount, you can combine them to make a complete sandwich, which in turn unveils a brand-new character for gameplay – a fellow named Billy Bean with a vegetable theme.
Of course, Subway Surfers’ social media platforms will join the fun too, urging players to post their favorite meatless dish recipes and recreate the sandwich from Veggie Hunt in reality. This activity is a part of the Green Game Jam 2024 event.
Eat your greens
While Subway Surfers may not be the most thrilling game for adults, it was and continues to be primarily designed for children. So, even if you’ve been playing since you were younger, you might find these Cartoon Special events still quite juvenile. However, incorporating some green elements into your gaming experience can never hurt, though I’d hope you’re not relying on games to remind you of the importance of a balanced diet!
