Athiya Shetty, daughter of Suniel Shetty, and KL Rahul announced the birth of their first child, Evaarah, in March this year. Overjoyed by the new addition to their family, they’re currently basking in happiness. More recently, the grand old actor, Suniel Shetty, shared his workout plans that have been inspired by the arrival of their little one.
During a recent chat with The Lallantop, the actor confessed about embracing a new character as ‘nana’ following the arrival of his granddaughter. He freely acknowledged being deeply “smitten” by Evaarah. He shared that he frequently checks his phone and is often eager to return home.

The actor from Hera Pheri 3 revealed that he’s adjusted his workout schedule to early morning hours, specifically between 5:30 and 6:30 AM. This means he’s always rushing because he has family responsibilities that start at 6:30, as everyone in the house is usually still asleep by then.
Besides this, Shetty mentioned that he now often bends down and picks up the child in the mornings, usually while wearing gym attire. However, he’s adjusted his training routine to ensure he doesn’t strain his back too much, as it’s necessary to frequently lift children.
Instead of viewing it as a jest, Shetty pointed out that this is actually his method of self-discipline. He emphasized that his training regimen has evolved, taking into account the onset of lower back problems and weakening legs that come with aging.
Thus, he’s learning to maintain posture and interact with children throughout his life, he explained as he wrapped up his thoughts.
On the 24th of March, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul joyously welcomed their baby girl into the world. Around a month after her birth, they disclosed her name – Evaarah, signifying “A Gift from God.
