25 years ago, I got the opportunity to be a part of a cinematic masterpiece that continues to touch hearts – ‘Taal’. Playing Vikrant Kapoor remains an indelible highlight in my acting journey, and I remain eternally thankful to Subhash Ghai for having faith in me.
As a fervent admirer, I’d like to share an intriguing detail about one of my favorite songs, “Ramta Jogi”. What sets it apart is the captivating tale behind its creation. Initially, Farah Khan was slated to choreograph the number, but surprisingly, she withdrew at the eleventh hour! It was none other than the legendary Saroj Khan who jumped in, taking over mere hours before the filming began at Filmistan. As an eager actor, I performed the song without any prior rehearsals at all!
