During the promotion of The Family Man Season 2, creator Raj shared that a part of Manoj Bajpayee’s character in ‘The Family Man’ is inspired by his uncle, who resembled a real-life spy. Raj’s uncle often concocted tales when people enquired about his job as an intelligence officer.
In actuality, his uncle worked in shoe sales or exported clothing, but the primary focus of the web series isn’t on his uncle. Instead, the creators drew inspiration from a captivating tale that belonged to him, using it as a basis for their fictional narrative.
Produced by Raj and DK, this show stars Manoj Bajpayee as character Srikant. He skillfully juggles the pressures of his undercover job while attending to his family duties. The series has garnered acclaim for its gripping storyline and stellar acting, setting it apart in Indian streaming media offerings.
