What Happens At The End Of The Front Room

Although Belinda murders her stepmother in the film, as Brandy explains, it represents a “triumph” for her character because she finally stands up against the abuse inflicted by Solange throughout the movie. It’s certainly a disturbing act, but then again, so is the dark and unsettling narrative of A24’s most recent horror film that I won’t easily forget.
