To unveil the mystery of the ‘Elusive Tumbleweeds’ side mission in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, make sure to drop by Gerudo Town. This place becomes significant during the ‘A Rift in the Gerudo Desert’ main quest.
Progressing through the primary plot will lead you to Gerudo Village, and it’s there that the quest will present itself. The quest provider can be found, a Gerudo woman stationed on some steps on the western part of the village.
Once you speak with her, she will ask you to retrieve a tumbleweed from the desert.
