The Royals song Tu Tu Hai Wahi OUT: Bhumi Pednekar and Ishaan Khatter show off dance moves in this classic reimagined track

The debut track from the upcoming Netflix series “The Royals” has been unveiled, which is a fresh take on the popular Bollywood song “Tu Tu Hai Wahi.” The tune showcases the dancing skills of actors Ishaan Khatter and Bhumi Pednekar. The remake is sung by Jubin Nautiyal and Jonita Gandhi.

In this music video, I find myself immersed in a lively gathering, where my path crosses with Bhumi Pednekar’s character, portrayed by Ishaan Khatter. We’re both caught up in the festivities, swaying to the rhythm and sharing our joy through dance.

Earlier this year, we got a glimpse of the upcoming series through Netflix’s 2025 lineup. The latest poster showcases the fiery chemistry between the main actors in a heartfelt, private scene. Moreover, it has been officially announced that the long-awaited series will debut on Netflix on May 9, 2025.

Previously, Rangita and Ishita Pritish Nandy expressed in a public announcement that “The Royals, our inaugural series with Netflix, needed to encapsulate the perfect balance of contemporary Indian adolescence narratives, Gen Z storytelling, and spirited excitement. It includes the traditional romance found in royalty; rulers without crowns, as well as the undeniable determination of modern entrepreneurs who find no appeal in crowns.

In a nutshell, the television series titled “The Royals” was penned by Neha Veena Sharma and helmed by Priyanka Ghose and Nupur Asthana in the director’s chair. The creative minds behind this production are Rangita Pritish Nandy and Ishita Pritish Nandy, and the main characters portrayed by Ishaan Khatter and Bhumi Pednekar.
