The Weeknd to Release New Album and Perform One-Night-Only Concert at Rose Bowl

As a seasoned gamer of the music industry, I’ve witnessed some spectacular acts take the stage, but the anticipation for The Weeknd‘s concert at the Rose Bowl is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Having grown up with his iconic hits like “Blinding Lights” and “Can’t Feel My Face,” it’s hard not to feel a sense of nostalgia mixed with excitement for this event.

On January 24th, The Weeknd plans to debut his fresh album, following which he’s scheduled for an exclusive, single performance at the Rose Bowl the next day.

Tomorrow’s concert, entitled “Hurry Up,” marks the concluding part of the trilogy initiated by 2022’s “Dawn FM” and preceded by 2020’s “After Hours.” Three songs from the upcoming album have been unveiled: “Dancing In the Flames,” the collaboration with Anitta titled “São Paulo,” and “Timeless,” which charted at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. The live event is scheduled for January 25 in Pasadena, California. A press statement reveals that it will showcase unprecedented production and the stage will dominate the entire stadium floor, offering a unique in-the-round experience not to be missed.

Tickets for the concert at TheWeeknd.com will go on sale December 2nd at 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). This performance at The Rose Bowl is being organized by Live Nation and follows The Weeknd’s September 7th one-time stadium show at Estádio Morumbi in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a devoted fan, I’m absolutely thrilled to share that this iconic pop star has made history yet again! Recently, he became the first artist ever to have an astounding 22 tracks with over one billion streams each on Spotify. Incredibly, seven of these hits have reached No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, featuring classics like “Blinding Lights,” “Can’t Feel My Face,” “Starboy” and “The Hills.
