Tom Hanks Tells Us The Moment From One Of His Classic Movies That Made Him ‘Burst Into Tears’

As a gamer with a heart for movies and a deep appreciation for timeless performances, I must confess that Tom Hanks has been a constant companion throughout my cinematic journey. His versatility, ranging from dramatic powerhouses to comedic genius, has not only entertained me but also stirred emotions that resonate deeply within me.

Examining Tom Hanks’ extensive filmography can be quite a task. You might need to divide them according to their genres – his critically acclaimed dramatic roles, popular comedies, and the Toy Story series which stands alone. In his latest project, Hanks teams up with Robin Wright and Robert Zemeckis once more for the groundbreaking film “Here”. Catch it in theaters now! As part of his promotional tour, Hanks sat down for an interview on TopMob’s ReelBlend podcast where he discussed the movie, his remarkable career, and the emotional moments from his films that left him in tears.

Interestingly, his theme for the launch also carried an aura of grandeur, hope, and solemnity.

James Horner is another exceptional talent among our timeless greats, a gifted composer whose untimely demise in 2015 at age 61 left us bereft. He was Academy Award-nominated for his work on Apollo 13, although his sole Oscar victory came from the film Titanic, collaborated with James Cameron. Here is the re-entry piece he composed, which Hanks referenced to ReelBlend:
