Spoilers ahead for Episode 7 of The Traitors Season 3.
It’s an exciting moment to be a fan of “The Traitors” as it is widely considered one of the top-notch reality shows currently airing. Although some people are still finding ways to watch Season 3 online, I personally can hardly wait for each weekly episode. And just when I was disappointed by the messy gameplay in Season 3, the latest episode received a surprising boost from… Tom Sandoval?
In Season 3 of “The Traitors,” the lineup includes popular reality TV personalities, including Sandoval from “Vanderpump.” So far in the season, his fellow cast members have generally dismissed Tom’s theories about who might be a Traitor. However, as the saying goes, even a broken clock is right twice a day. In this case, Tom was proven correct when he realized that Boston Rob was indeed one of the malicious characters eliminating contestants each episode.
In Episode 7 (available on Peacock), it seemed like Sandoval might be insignificant again. Even Boston Rob and Dylan Efron appeared to ignore him as they chatted, as if he weren’t there. However, Sandoval remained determined and managed to confront Rob at the Round Table, alongside Big Brother’s Britney and Sam Asghari, former partner of Britney Spears.
At the gathering known as the Round Table, Boston Rob exhibited another impressive display of skill, coming close to salvaging himself yet again while setting up Big Brother‘s Britney Haynes. However, there were sufficient votes to eliminate the renowned Survivor figure due to Danielle and Carolyn joining forces against him, despite their ongoing conflicts. Could the Traitors be finding unity after prolonged disagreements? The future remains uncertain.
It’s disappointing to see that several contestants from Traitors have left a negative impact on me due to their gameplay. One of the most surprising letdowns has been Dolores Catania from Real Housewives of New Jersey. I had high hopes for her participation given her street smarts and background as a correctional officer. However, she was deceived by Boston Rob, who led her to believe he was trustworthy. This misplaced faith has led her to blindly support Tom Sandoval for two consecutive Round Tables, despite his name being mentioned in the previous episodes. I can’t help but wonder what has gotten into Dolores lately?
Since Boston Rob has been formally eliminated from Alan Cumming’s Castle, it’s hard to predict what will happen next in the third season of The Traitor. Will Carolyn and Danielle manage to make peace? Might they need to enlist another traitor? Could Tom Sandoval revert to his usual state of being oblivious and overlooked? We’ll have to wait and see, but fresh episodes air every Thursday on Peacock.
