Among these revelations were the uncovered details of the film’s primary adversary and the talented individual lending their voice to the role. In accordance with earlier rumors, Starscream will assume the antagonistic position, while Steve Buscemi has been cast to give life to this iconic character through voice acting.
According to ScreenRant’s report from the San Diego Comic-Con panel on Thursday, some fresh details about the upcoming Transformers movie were unveiled. Among these disclosures was the movie’s position in the Transformers Universe chronology. However, the most noteworthy announcement was that Steve Buscemi has joined an illustrious cast featuring Chris Hemsworth (Marvel), Scarlett Johansson, Jon Hamm, and Laurence Fishburne.
In a fresh take on the “Transformers” series, “Transformers One” explores an intriguing perspective. Instead of focusing on their more recent conflicts, this film travels far back in time, approximately billions of years, to portray Optimus Prime and Megatron as former allies rather than adversaries. Why Chris Hemsworth Replaces Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime
At the discussion, Chris Hemsworth talked about his experience of portraying Optimus Prime and replacing the legendary Peter Cullen’s voice. In most Transformers productions, Cullen’s voice is synonymous with Optimus Prime, making Hemsworth’s job quite challenging. He acknowledged the difficulty of living up to such an iconic performance and expressed admiration for Cullen’s inspiring voice as Optimus Prime.
