UNSEEN Pics: Ranbir Kapoor is all smiles as he poses with fans from Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana sets

As a seasoned lifestyle expert with a knack for discerning the pulse of the film industry, I must say that Ranbir Kapoor’s dedication to the epic Ramayana is nothing short of commendable. His commitment to the role is evident in his rigorous three-to-four-hour daily training sessions and the transformative shift in his workout routine, which speaks volumes about his passion for his craft.

Right now, Ranbir Kapoor is busy shooting for the eagerly awaited epic film adaptation of Ramayana, helmed by Nitesh Tiwari. Ever since the project was announced, there’s been a palpable buzz around it, and it seems that Kapoor has taken on the challenge wholeheartedly, paying meticulous attention to every aspect of the production. Lately, pictures of him interacting with fans on set have been trending on social media.

In these popular photos, the charming actor from Wake Up Sid can be seen grinning and snapping selfies with three enthusiastic fans. Clad in a casual grey hoodie and a stylish blue hat, Kapoor exudes an air of sophistication. Additionally, his fit physique is creating quite a stir as it serves as a reminder for the upcoming Ramayana series.

In a recent chat with Nikhil Kamath, Ranbir shared that he’s been spending around 3 to 4 hours each day on film character preparation. He also hinted that specifics about the movie are still under wraps.

In a recent discussion, the actor portraying an animal detailed changes in his exercise routine for the part he’s playing. He originally followed a conventional workout plan that included using dumbbells, chest presses, and maintaining a protein-rich diet. Now, though, he’s teamed up with a Korean trainer named Nam, who has completely transformed his training methods. Every day, Kapoor spends three hours working out alongside Nam.

According to TopMob, Tiwari and his team are developing Ramayana into a two-part epic with Ranbir, Yash, Sai Pallavi, and Sunny Deol in the cast. The report added that since the movie is grand in scope, they have chosen to film both parts simultaneously, instead of completing the first part and then starting on the second.

It’s been disclosed that a substantial chunk of Ramayana Part Two is set to be shot prior to the debut of Ramayana Part One. The production team has structured a 350-day filming timeline for both movies, covering group scenes with the entire cast and individual sequences.

Our goal is to launch both sections approximately one year apart from each other, with production on both segments planned to be finished by December 2025. During the production process, post-production work will start concurrently with filming. The release date for the initial section will be disclosed once filming has concluded.
