Under an agreement with British film distributor, producer, and seller Signature Entertainment, Comcast-owned Sky will have exclusive broadcasting rights to showcase the feature documentary Hill, which focuses on Formula 1 legend Damon Hill, across the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland.
Independent Entertainment’s film will be premiered exclusively on Sky, following a partnership between Signature and Sky, in two specified regions towards the end of the current year.
The film is created by Simon Lazenby and Victoria Barrell from Sylver Entertainment, who have worked on movies like McEnroe and Schmeichel, as well as Cora Palfrey and Luc Roeg from Independent Entertainment, known for Lewis Capaldi: How I’m Feeling Now and My Policeman. The director of this feature is Alex Holmes, a BAFTA nominee with credits such as Maiden and The Rig.
