Denim Tears and Stüssy are joining forces again for a fresh collaborative line coming soon in the next season. Dion Lewis, an insider from the Stüssy brand, shared a sneak peek of pieces from this new clothing collection on his Instagram Story, hinting at the impending release of their collaboration.
In their latest partnership under Tremaine Emory’s leadership, the brand is teaming up with Stüssy to produce a collection marked by several joint items showcasing the iconic cotton wreath motif. This signature design is prominently displayed on a pair of khaki chinos, while other forthcoming pieces hint at a brown collared shirt emblazoned with “Jamaican High” and a Denim Tears and Stüssy branded t-shirt. Additionally, sneak peeks suggest a belt, as well as what seems to be a camouflage pattern messenger bag or duffle bag, also bearing the Stüssy logo.
Although the specific date for their collaboration remains undecided, there is growing excitement for their upcoming project. By merging Denim Tears’ knack for intricate patterns, vibrant colors, and text that celebrate African American culture with Stüssy’s iconic branding and designs, they aim to create a unique fusion. Their partnership was rekindled in 2022 when Denim Tears’ “African Diaspora Goods” flagship store replaced Stüssy’s former Spring Street location in New York City.
Here is a first look at what’s to come for the new collaboration.
