Usal FW24 Is Made for Adventures (And With Love)

As someone who cherishes the great outdoors and the sense of community it fosters, I find myself captivated by Usal’s FW24 collection. Having spent countless hours exploring nature’s wonders and learning from its teachings, this brand resonates deeply with my experiences.

Based in Los Angeles, Usal is multifaceted: it’s an organization that arranges numerous outdoor activities such as hikes, camping trips, natural home construction workshops, and herbal medicine classes, a combined store and community center located in the Silver Lake district offering various items and events, and a self-branded label that infuses its inspirations into clothing. This brand is the focus during early October with the launch of the Usal FW24 collection – a fifty-piece assortment featuring items ranging from t-shirts to running apparel and cross-body Dyneema bags.

The collection encompasses a variety of tops such as hoodies, crewnecks, oxfords, flannels, t-shirts, an anorak, and a chore jacket. Many pieces in this line have a slightly boxy, cropped style, a characteristic of Usal clothing, and they often showcase bold graphic designs that either reference the brand’s name or its blend of outdoor inspirations. The collection is also filled with pants and shorts, a range of Usal’s iconic hats (including both colors of the popular “Tectonic Research” camo hat), and accessories like mugs, candles, and journals.

In this collection, several partnerships are featured too. MILER RUNNING’s premium performance textiles are incorporated in a compact selection of running apparel, while VRNCLR from the Bay Area offers an assortment of hand-woven bags and pouches. Additionally, collaborations with Crap Eyewear and Bonnie Clyde for sunglasses are also showcased.

The entire range is available via the Usal webstore and the brand’s aforementioned Silver Lake flagship, located at 3021 Rowena Avenue. Prices range from $12-$188 USD.
