As a long-time Nintendo enthusiast who has spent countless hours immersed in their magical worlds, I must say that the Alarmo alarm clock is nothing short of a dream come true! Growing up with the iconic red and white colors synonymous with Nintendo, the sight of this interactive device instantly transports me back to my childhood.
Nintendo aims to add a touch of enjoyment to your mornings through Alarmo, an engaging alarm clock. This circular clock is available in the distinctive Nintendo red hue and is equipped with motion detectors, enabling it to react to various stimuli.
You can silence your alarm with a swift gesture as you rise from bed, but getting out completely will shut it off permanently. The Alarmo device plays melodies from iconic Nintendo games like “The Legend of Zelda” and “Super Mario” to rouse you in the morning.
Initially, the noises are soft but they’ll grow more pronounced as the alarm keeps going off. Moreover, the clock’s display will show characters associated with a game of your preference. Yet, if you linger in bed, the alarm’s sounds will become increasingly intense.
The Alarmo has an additional feature of tracking your movement during sleep, and it allows users to manually snooze or turn off the alarm by pressing a button instead of automatically responding based on motion detection.
Exclusively accessible to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, the Alarmo is on sale now at a price of $100 USD. It’s anticipated that non-subscribers will have access to it around early 2025.
