Fans eagerly anticipate this team-up, and his recent airport appearance has sparked curiosity as he sported a mustache that might be related to the upcoming war movie.
Regardless, the actor Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, Sunny, attracted everyone’s gaze with his distinctive features – a mustache and rugged stubble beard. There’s some doubt about whether Varun truly departed for the Border 2 film set, but it’s worth noting that recently, the production team shared on social media that they would be starting filming on a new war drama titled Border 2. A teaser image of a clapperboard with ‘Border 2’ and details about the movie was posted along with military tanks in the backdrop.
The film titled “Border 2” is a follow-up to the original movie released in 1997, known as simply “Border.” Starring Sunny Deol and alongside him Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, and Diljit Dosanjh take on key roles. Produced by JP Dutta, Nidhi Dutta, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar, this action-packed production is slated for release in theaters on January 23, 2026.
