As a die-hard Akshay Kumar fan with memories of his movies spanning over two decades, I can confidently say that the anticipation for “Welcome To The Jungle” is at an all-time high. The recent rumors about its potential shelving had me worried, but thankfully, unseen pictures from the shoot and a statement from the director have put those fears to rest.
One eagerly anticipated movie featuring Akshay Kumar, “Welcome To The Jungle,” has been generating a lot of excitement this year. However, recent whispers about the film potentially being scrapped had left fans somewhat anxious. Fortunately, the production team behind this action-comedy quelled those rumors by sharing an unpublished photo from set, confirming that the project is indeed moving forward.
Recently, there have been whispers online that the movie “Welcome To The Jungle” might not be released due to reports saying Jio Studios has withdrawn from the project. More recently, a video announcing director Ahmed Khan’s film disappeared from their official YouTube channel, causing speculation among fans about the movie’s future.
Instead of fueling speculation, the creators of the much-anticipated movie released an unrevealed photo from set featuring its stars, effectively quashing all rumors. In a public announcement, they disclosed that the film’s marathon scenes, filmed in Mumbai and Kashmir in August, have been completed. Additionally, it was made known that the international marathon sequences for the movie will commence in October.
Additionally, clarifying the recent news circulating in media outlets, director Ahmed Khan stated that these rumors are false. The movie is progressing as planned, and we will commence the next phase of our worldwide filming schedule starting from October. In preparation, my technical team has already departed for an initial scouting trip.
It’s important to note that due to its massive production scope, featuring a vast set and an impressive ensemble of 34 talented actors, excitement for the upcoming film is rapidly growing. In fact, the filmmakers have already completed 70% of the movie’s shooting.
Since its announcement, everyone has been eagerly awaiting the third part of Welcome To The Jungle, helmed by director Ahmed Khan and produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwallah. This action-packed movie boasts an impressive cast that includes Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Suniel Shetty, Johnny Lever, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, Arshad Warsi, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, Mika Singh, and Daler Mehndi.
