Well, Well, Well, S

As a devoted fan of The Golden Bachelorette, I can confidently say that the show has not only provided us with a heartwarming love story between Joan Vassos and Chock Chapple but also introduced us to an extraordinary brotherhood among the contestants.

Spoilers ahead for The Golden Bachelorette finale, which aired November 13. Stream it with a Hulu subscription if you need to catch up.

Joan Vassos experienced her fairy-tale ending when the inaugural season of “The Golden Bachelorette” concluded on the 2024 TV lineup. Ultimately, Chock Chapple popped the question to Joan, and they rekindled their love after each had lost a partner before. Although viewers were captivated by their love story, the essence of the show lay in witnessing camaraderie blossom among Joan’s potential partners. Intriguingly, some contestants are brainstorming ideas for another spinoff series to continue their tales.

I’ve been saying the Golden Bachelor in Paradise spinoff needs to happen, and according to US Weekly, several of ABC reality dating show’s contestants are in agreement. With Gerry Turner and Joan Vassos each leading a Golden season that introduced us to some lovely and hilarious seniors, now’s the time to let the two casts mingle, perhaps somewhere tropical? The newly engaged Joan is definitely on board, calling the idea “so much fun”:

To start off, I’d be more than happy to take on the role as the bartender. I notice a few potential romantic pairings within these two groups that seem quite promising.

It seems like Wells Adams’ bartending role might be at risk if Joan Vassos has her way. She might have even qualified for this position, as she’s already been acting as a matchmaker between the two casts.

Among the cast members of “The Golden Bachelorette,” it was Gary Levingston who showed an interest, forging a stronger spiritual bond rather than a romantic one with Joan Vassos during the show’s run. In his own words, he stated:

I enjoy exploring beaches outside of Southern California, feeling the sand beneath my feet worldwide. Once I shed around 30 pounds or so, it would make for an even more enjoyable experience. It sure would be exciting! (Paraphrased)

To Gary Levingston, we adore you exactly as you are! I believe Gary’s lively character could be essential for any prospective spinoff. Similarly, Keith Gordon expressed enthusiasm about this concept, but voiced doubts over whether it’s something audiences in America would truly appreciate watching.

It seems you’re not keen on an gathering of elderly gentlemen lounging around. However, if you’re open to the idea, I was considering organizing it at a resort instead. Activities like swimming, golf, pickleball, tennis, and other fun stuff would be available. I assure you, it promises to be quite enjoyable!

Honestly, having witnessed the camaraderie among “the mansion men” as they shared heartfelt conversations about their personal lives and families (not forgetting the mesmerizing synchronized swimming), I can’t help but express my eagerness for more of these gentlemen’s get-togethers. If the charming ladies from The Golden Bachelor were to join in, it would undoubtedly be a captivating spectacle that I wouldn’t miss!

Regarding Mark Anderson, Kelsey Anderson’s father and Joey Graziadei’s fiancée, it’s unclear if he’s single now following his apparent relationship with actress Barbara Alyn Woods from “One Tree Hill.” However, he expressed interest in the possibility of joining a new relationship, hinting at Paradise as an option.

Sure. Yeah, I think I would.

Without a doubt, Mark Anderson is seen as the frontrunner for The Golden Bachelor Season 2 by many, but personally, I’m backing Charles Ling, a popular contestant. Some potential contestants who might not make it to the beaches of Paradise are Jordan Heller, who was spotted dating Leslie Fhima, the runner-up from Gerry Turner’s season, and Jonathan Rone, who revealed during “Men Tell All” that he is in a relationship.

Besides us contestants and myself, even The Bachelor franchise host Jesse Palmer is expressing enthusiasm for the concept of Golden Paradise. He’s hoping to bring it into existence, as he’s eager to witness the culinary creations of Susan Noles and Jack Lencioni in that kitchen. Given they were placed beside each other at Wednesday’s live finale, let’s hope this arrangement signals promising outcomes ahead.

After wrapping up the golden season, Bachelor Nation will enjoy a brief respite for a couple of weeks until Grant Ellis embarks on his quest for love, airing again on television schedules in 2025.
