After Shai Gilgeous-Alexander clinched the MVP award, he honored his teammate’s contributions by showering them with extravagant gifts as a token of appreciation. Each player on the Oklahoma City Thunder was presented with a lavish gift basket, valued at more than $10,000 USD.
Among the luxurious assortment, I found a Rolex watch for each of my teammates – a heartfelt token of appreciation for their invaluable roles during my MVP campaign. I went on to shower them with iPhones, Beats by Dr. Dre headphones and custom Canada Goose jackets, adorned with a special embroidered patch that celebrated our record-breaking 68-14 regular season performance – a testament to our outstanding NBA season.
SGA openly thanked his teammates, explaining that they are more like loved ones to him, and that their combined effort was essential for his achievements. Clips of his teammates flaunting their brand-new Rolex watches rapidly spread online, showcasing the extent of his generosity. Although the exact models aren’t clear, it seems some of them were the Submariner, Datejust, and other designs.
