Keeping with this pattern, there’s been a hint of new music coming from the rapper today, as he officially unveiled his upcoming project: “UY Scuti.
The initial news about UY Scuti, named after a massive star, started appearing mysteriously on social media platforms (including a special Instagram page dedicated to UY Scuti) before a billboard along the road to Coachella festival was put up with UY Scuti mentioned on it and a small corner inscription reading May 2025.
Although some people had thought that UY Scuti was an LP (long play record), Thugger clarified this today by posting on his social media platforms, confirming it as an album.
He posted on Instagram, “The moment has arrived. Planet Mars,” referring to a new album. Below his post was a link to the UY Scuti website where the album’s official cover art, available in vinyl and CD formats, was showcased along with alternative artwork, initial merchandise offerings, and more information about the album.
