Lately, the seasoned actress has been quite active on the platform and in her latest post, she discussed experiencing butterflies and nervousness before every engagement, sharing that she doesn’t travel with an entourage. In the beginning of her post, Aman admitted to needing a brief moment of tranquility before preparing for any event.
In her own words, Zeenat Aman revealed that before every appearance or event, she takes a moment to find tranquility while preparing. Despite having decades of public life under her belt, she confessed that the nerves and excitement, often referred to as butterflies and jitters, are still very much present for her. She then went on to explain her unique meditative routine which involves taking a hot shower, wrapping herself in a plush robe, and meticulously arranging her jewelry and accessories.
The actress expressed her transformation, saying, “From being a humble frumpy aunt to resembling Zeenat Aman, I’ve undergone quite a change.” She indirectly commented on the entourage issue by stating, “I don’t carry an entourage as such. Only Zahaan and sometimes Cara accompany me now, but that’s only recently, as I’m starting to feel my age.”
In a friendly tone, Zeenat, aged 72, encouraged everyone with traditional nine-to-five jobs to have a fantastic and productive week, despite her own irregular work schedule. “It’s Monday! Seize the day!” she cheered, followed by a playful message, “Just like we were taught not to show our knees in school, I’m feeling quite mischievous posting them on Instagram!”
