Main Story Season 2, Chapter 2: The Impending Crash of Waves

The Proxies will embark on their adventure with two new companions, Yuzuha and Alice. Yuzuha’s family holds the rights to a crucial medication, making her a significant figure in the storyline. In some ways, she resembles Lucy, who also hails from a wealthy background. While her family is esteemed and boasts a positive reputation, it remains to be seen if Alice possesses the qualities necessary to join the Investigation Team. The Proxies must determine this for themselves.

For this adaptation, the central plot will predominantly revolve around Yuzuha and Alice. However, other characters you’ve met so far are poised to take on significant roles as well.

The benefits you’ll receive are Polychromes and Dennies, which can assist you in accruing draws and developing your character setup.

Tales of Midsummer Dreams

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m super hyped about the upcoming major update for Zenless Zone Zero, version 2.1! It’s called “Tales of Midsummer Dreams,” and let me tell you, there’s a plethora of exciting activities in store for us Proxies. My fellow Spook Shack members and I are pulling out all the stops to attract customers and boost the popularity of our resort. Can’t wait to dive in and experience it all!

Kick-starting the list of activities available is surfing. Alice plans to organize this resort as a renowned surfing destination by personally overseeing the event. The experience resembles playing Mario Kart, only instead on land, it’s all about navigating the water. You’ll encounter challenges in the form of obstacles to avoid, but there will also be useful items scattered around to aid you in your journey.

As an enthusiast, I can tell you that proxies, just like us, can activate skills for drifting and dashing maneuvers, providing assistance in numerous situations. Plus, there’s a wide array of surfboards available, each with its unique bonuses.

In the second part of our activities, we’ll embark on a sailing trip around the island alongside Yuzuha. During this journey, you’ll get to engage in an exciting shooting event! You’ll be guiding Yuzuha as she takes aim and fires at drones skimming over the ocean waves. Your final score will depend on the precision of your shots and the kinds of drones you successfully eliminate. For those who find aiming challenging, don’t worry – just hold down the auto-fire button!

At the third function during this gathering, participants will find themselves immersed in a fishing experience. The creators have taken into account the suggestions from the community after the previous fishing event, resulting in enhancements and optimizations to the game mechanics. Accompanying characters will be available to aid Proxies while they spend time fishing.

Characters standing in as proxies for the primary mission can obtain Phaethon’s (Wise and Belle) vibrant summer attire at no charge. Currently, players have a variety of outfits to select for their game characters.

Players who act as substitutes for the main event quest will receive Phaethon’s (Wise and Belle) summer-themed costumes free of charge. At present, there are several costume options available for your character in our story.
