2025 Tribeca Festival to Open With World Premiere of Billy Joel Documentary

The 2025 Tribeca Festival will kick off by unveiling the global debut of “Billy Joel: And So It Goes,” which is a two-part documentary produced by HBO.

This documentary delves into Joel’s life and musical career, revealing how his emotions, such as love, grief, and personal hardships, have shaped his songwriting. It features unprecedented live performances, private family footage, and personal photos, along with exclusive interviews.

The first-night gathering for the Tribeca festival is scheduled for Wednesday, the 4th of June, at the prestigious Beacon Theatre in New York City.
