As a seasoned Zombies player with countless hours under my belt, I can confidently say that Black Ops 6 has outdone itself yet again. The return of the Support Equipment feature and the introduction of Mutant Injections have taken the Zombies experience to new heights.


In Black Ops Cold War, we encountered some of the deadliest undead foes yet, including Margwas, Marauders, Blightfathers, Hellhounds, Nova Crawlers, and Manglers. Together, these undead forces were incredibly lethal, but they also made for some of the most exciting Call of Duty Zombies rounds we’ve ever played.

Here I am, thrilled about the arrival of Black Ops 6! It seems like they’ve unleashed a horde of gruesome beasts eager to take a chomp out of my gaming avatar. But hey, who says they get to have all the fun? Let’s turn the tables and use their technology against them, transforming myself into their ultimate nemesis!

Coming back from the era of the Cold War is the introduction of the Crafting Station, enabling players to create their personalized killstreaks and abilities such as Self-Resurrect and the ARC-XD, an RC vehicle capable of causing aetherial explosions.

2024 rolls around, and I’m hyped about Black Ops 6! They’re taking things to a whole new level by adding Mutant Injections at the Crafting Station. Guess what that means? Trouble for the undead, big time!

Through mutations, you can momentarily assume the form of a Mangler once you acquire the Mech Giant’s complete suite of “extra features” or “bonuses”.

From its armour to its weaponry, the Mangler suit will have everything that this boss-type Zombie has to offer. At its disposal, the Mangler’s arsenal includes a massive plasma cannon that’s capable of beaming full trains of Zombies in one go, as well as a melee claw that rips through hordes with ease. Y

Instead, it significantly enhances your resilience to harm because of its metal reinforcements. Preliminary videos indicate that Zombies may find the Mutant Mangler more enticing compared to the rest of the team, much like an irresistible attraction, providing a safe zone for nearby comrades.

For the very first time, players now have the chance to transform into Zombies outside of the game mode known as Grief. Once accustomed to being a member of the zombie horde, reversion to your former self is no longer an option.
