Adah Sharma, famous for her part in The Kerala Story, recently explained that the flat where late actor Sushant Singh Rajput used to live is rented by her, not owned. In a recent conversation, she was queried if she had any concerns about living in SSR’s former residence. Adah responded sensibly, questioning why she would feel frightened. She added that only individuals who have done something wrong should experience fear; otherwise, if one has nothing to conceal, there’s no need to be scared of anything.
In a chat with Instant Bollywood, Adah Sharma was queried if she felt apprehensive about shifting into Sushant Singh Rajput’s apartment. She stated, “Why should one be afraid?”, further clarifying, “If you haven’t done anything wrong in your life, there’s no need to fear anything. However, if you have feelings of guilt or have made mistakes, then it’s natural to fear anything, I feel.”

As reported by News 18, during an event on August 12, actress Adah Sharma made it clear that she does not own her apartment but instead rents it. This clarification was in response to a journalist’s question about the ownership of her property and aimed at correcting misconceptions regarding her earnings from the movie “The Kerala Story” (2023). Adah stated that the film’s impressive box office collection of Rs. 378 crores does not belong to her personally.
Adah noted that although her grandmother, who resides in the same apartment and helps cover the rent expenses, doesn’t provide financial assistance, her mother (who is a homemaker, taking care of family meals) does not contribute financially either. Additionally, Adah highlighted that Sushant Singh Rajput had leased the property as well.
At the moment, on her career path, Adah Sharma is planning to star in Vikram Bhatt’s “Tumko Meri Kasam.” Alongside her in this movie are Anupam Kher, Ishwak Singh, and Esha Deol. This film is one of four projects currently being developed by Ajay Murdia’s Indira Entertainment, with Bhatt providing support for the project.
