Known for his blockbuster films, past wrestling career, and zest for living, The Rock, aka Dwayne Johnson, is always busy working out for movie roles. Yet, this doesn’t hinder his passion for food. In the latest installment of his “Cheat Night,” the Moana actor was spotted relaxing at home, indulging in three cheeseburgers while enjoying an episode of Sofia Vergara‘s show – a habit I wholeheartedly support!
To match Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s daily diet, an average person would need to consume approximately 10 pounds of food or 5,165 calories. It might seem appealing to emulate The Rock’s massive food intake and marvel at his fitness, but keep in mind that he consumes a staggering 5,000-6,000 calories during his cheat meals! His recent Instagram post showcasing a cheat night, complete with three cheeseburgers and Sofia Vergara’s pet dog Griselda, certainly lends credibility to his claims. I, for one, support this indulgent approach!

In a jovial manner, reminiscent of Jabba the Hutt, Dwayne Johnson appears to be relishing his meal of succulent cheeseburgers and fries in his video. His post also expressed affection for his Miami residence and the popular Netflix series “Griselda.” The actor of “Jumanji” praised the leading lady herself and applauded the outstanding performances by the cast. There’s nothing quite like indulging in an entertaining miniseries and delightful food to trigger those happy hormones.
In a hypothetical Olympic event for indulgent evenings, Dwayne Johnson would undoubtedly be the top contender, given the popularity of his decadent meal posts online (provided you’re not currently craving food). From displaying “The Rock Toast,” his sushi train express, and homemade cookies, to his midnight feasts like the crumb cake fresh from the oven, he never fails to impress. Not long ago, he even shared a picture of four pancakes smothered in syrup and granola after Wrestlemania 40. Given his successful ventures, I strongly believe that Johnson might one day open his own restaurant, allowing us all to indulge in cheat meals just as he does.
When I’m not indulging in delicious fare and binge-watching my favorite Netflix series, I’m still showcasing my acting skills on the silver screen. Excitingly, The Wrap has confirmed that the star of “The Scorpion King” is now filming the upcoming Disney movie “Monster Jam.” This film, revealed at this year’s D23 event, promises to transport family-friendly audiences into the thrilling world of monster truck shows, offering a unique perspective on these powerful machines and their drivers. Given my previous Disney films have always been a delight, I’m eagerly anticipating sharing some more entertainment with all of us in “Monster Jam.”
