Shah Rukh Khan reveals he eats only one meal a day; ‘I go to sleep at 5 am and wake up around…’

As a fervent admirer of Shah Rukh Khan, I find myself continually intrigued by his enigmatic persona and unconventional lifestyle choices. His recent revelation about his sleep schedule, which seems to defy the norms, is just another testament to his unique approach towards life.

As a connoisseur of all things lifestyle-related, I can’t help but admire the charisma and talent of the globally acclaimed Shah Rukh Khan, affectionately known as the “King of Bollywood.” His magnetic on-screen presence and diverse acting abilities have held audiences spellbound for decades. Yet, his fame extends beyond traditional stardom. Recently, the Dunki actor gave us a glimpse into his lifestyle secrets. Intriguingly, he confided that his day often begins at 9 or 10 am, after a night’s rest that ends around 5 am. Moreover, following a late-night wrap at work, Khan carves out time for a workout before retiring for the night.

During a conversation with The Guardian, SRK discussed how he spent his time during the pandemic. With few alternatives, he suggested people learn Italian cooking and exercise regularly. He admitted that he followed this guidance himself, focusing on physical fitness through regular workouts. The Bollywood star also disclosed that he eats just one meal a day, which is not related to intermittent fasting, and spends around 30 minutes at the gym every day.

He shared that he typically falls asleep at five in the morning, waking up when Mark Wahlberg rises. After that, he sleeps again until around nine or ten if he’s working, but then he returns home at 2am, takes a bath, works out, and then goes to bed.

In terms of his professional life, Shah Rukh Khan will soon appear in Sujoy Ghosh’s film titled “King.” This movie also features his daughter, Suhana Khan, and Abhishek Bachchan. “King” is an action-packed thriller that depicts the story of a mentor and his apprentice as they face various obstacles to test their survival abilities. The title “King” is fitting because Shah Rukh’s character in this movie is portrayed as ‘The King of The World… Underworld,’ showcasing an intense narrative.

Recently, during a conversation with Variety, I was asked about my forthcoming venture. I disclosed that it’s titled “King,” helmed by Sujoy Ghosh and creatively overseen by Siddharth Anand, the director of Pathaan. I also mentioned that this action-drama has been a project I’ve longed to be a part of for around seven to eight years.
