As a dedicated fan of Vedang Raina, following his journey from The Archies to Jigra has been nothing short of exhilarating! His recent interview with GQ India, where he admitted that his dating life had taken a back seat due to his career, only adds to my respect for him as an actor and a person.

Recently, when GQ India grilled me about my love life, I confessed that my professional pursuits have been stealing the limelight lately. You see, I’ve made up my mind about what matters most right now – it’s all about my career! I prefer to keep my personal and work lives in separate spheres, savoring this moment while aiming for even greater achievements.
Vedang wasn’t convinced that dating would pose an obstacle, instead, he saw it as something that might have a substantial impact. Therefore, he emphasized the importance of staying vigilant and prioritizing the essential aspects in life.
During the same discussion, an actor from The Archies admitted that dating has become more challenging for him since becoming recognized. Vedang shared that his social interactions have decreased significantly. He explained, “The balance has changed – people might recognize me, but in terms of my social life, I’ve taken a hit.” This is quite distinct from his days in school and college when he would spend considerable time with friends.
Regarding his current lifestyle, Vedang mentioned that he’s so busy juggling work, traveling, and getting enough rest that there’s hardly any spare time at all, not even for hanging out with friends. Indeed, things have become more challenging as a result.
In July 2024, I had the privilege of attending the grand wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Alongside me were Vedang Raina and Khushi Kapoor. Our circle expanded to include Janhvi Kapoor and her partner, Shikhar Pahariya, as numerous captivating snapshots and videos documented our joyous moments together.
On July 28th, Khushi was spotted leaving Mumbai airport, with the paparazzi’s cameras briefly capturing an image from her phone screen saver. This image was a beautiful snapshot of Khushi, Vedang, Janhvi, and Shikhar, taken during their sangeet ceremony.
